One spacious furnished room is available this summer (5/20 to 8/20) just one
block from Engineering School near north campus. The room is in a private
house, located in a quiet neighborhood, upstairs with good lighting and wood
flooring. Currently, the room is shared with another male student. Looking
for a responsible male to sublease.
The room comes with full size wooden bed, desk and chairs as well as small
refrig. The kitchen is accessible downstairs with refrigerator and cooking
stove as well as common dining area. Shared bathroom and utility. Internet
is available as well. Rent is about $660/month.
