个compound， 应该马上会开始phase III trial。 有一个 clinical research
associate 的位置， 对我有点兴趣， 工作主要是帮总管clinical research的 MD整理
数据的活， 工资很低 （<7w）， 不知道以后有没有什么发展。 中西部， 实在是没啥
pharm 公司， 只是家庭原因， 在考虑留在当地。 不知道值不值得考虑。 |

发帖数: 1596 | 5 谢谢各位回复， 6w 多的工资干两年也不是不可接受， 只是担心这样start low, 以后
想找好点的位置是不是会很难。这个associate 其实只需要 本科 加一些相关经验就够
了。 不过clinical research related jobs 确实挺多的， 不知道这是不是个转一下
方向的好机会。 |

position which was already filled. The HR person worked in our school before
and she recommended me to the MD in charge of clinical research.
Anyway, they maybe just try to be nice because of my school/lab, I do not
really know how interested they are yet. |

reasonable。但是有两点你要考虑，1你是phd出身，在clinical research这块以前这
个没有什么，近几年看没有md的要往上走做manager, medical director什么的越来越
不容易，而且职业发展会比较窄。2你这个公司不知道有没有已经上市挣钱的药，否则
如果是start up融资作研发而且仅仅有一个东西到了phase III就有些tricky, 一个
compound从phase III（~50%）到上市到赚钱（~30%）的几率小于20%，中间还有个
PhaseIV，任何一环出问题公司基本上就马上破产了，工作可持续性比较低，但反过来
如果这个药成功，你们这些元老应该也有不少好处。当然如果对这个方向感兴趣以此作
为起点攒经验，那么这个药无论成功不成功这份工作都可以考虑。 |

发帖数: 1596 | 17 谢谢，你说的第一点就是我主要的Concern，大概也是这个原因我老板不希望我转行干
这个，毕竟什么基础都没有，虽然我觉得学起来应该不难，这年头没有MD在公司也难混
啊：（
我觉得转行的好处就是将来找工作可能容易些，我再Parttime读个统计Master什么的，
将来的路子是不是宽些？
至于第二点嘛，我老板刚给我问了一下，这个公司最近刚拿了不少钱，几个亿吧，应该
还能撑几年，到时候我也应该差不多可以搬家到别的地方了。如果现在就去别的地方，
可能要两地一段时间，拖家带口的，还是比较困难的。

1。如果该药品有前途的话，该公司很快就会有大量风险资金注入，或者被
大公司购买。（不过，被大公司购买后一两年之内会出现清洗元老的过程，
所以万一被购买了你要做好准备）
2。有公司里面工作的经历的话，以后跳槽会容易的多。
3。clinical research associate 的职位很多，如果你能进入这个领域，
对以后找工作有好处。当然，你会脱离研究领域就是了，不过除非你非常介意，
非常非常喜欢做研究，否则没有什么坏处。
