干3年也达不到。 还是写信给议员，要求拿NIH的禽兽们必须按照NIH标准发工资吧。

好像NIH内部的postdoc工资远高于37000，但是也没达到2001年NIH就向往的45000. 这
几年物价又涨了， 虽然加6%俺也不一定能涨， 还是尽点人事吧。。。。 |

发帖数: 64 | 12 最好在不增加funding的情况下提高工资标准,这样可以关掉一些实验室,不关的也少招
点学生,postdoc,这样发paper,找工作都容易些,整个领域就好多了.

stipend standard, I think that most people would be satisfied. However, if
all PIs pay post-docs on that scale, they would not be able to cover the gap
period in which the new grants is pending. Can they simply tell their post-
docs to go home and wait? Obviously not. |

要不是学校转过来的这个email我都不知道有national postdoctoral association。
postdoc好多连身份都没有，不大可能有工会， 就把这个当工会吧。
那个网页上有所有committee member的链接， 别人发两封当哭， 你就把几十个都发了
咬tits吧， 哈哈。
