c*********r 发帖数: 1312	1 也问个有关Northern Blot的问题实验室需要做Northern，但之前没人做过。现在有500-1000bp的被Digoxigenin标记的 Anti-sense RNA探针。有Li-cor Odyssey的远红外检测的仪器。现在想找合适的试剂设计一下怎么做，和大家讨论讨论。方案1. 看了一下Roche的那个DIG NORTHERN STARTER KIT，最后用的是anti- digoxigenin-AP。查了一下Odyssey的Fluorescent Reagent Compatibility，Odyssey 能检测NBT/BCIP，但是可能不能定量。方案2. 抗体直接找一个Anti--digoxigenin-X，X能被Odyssey检测，比如IRdye，Alexa 680什么的。方案3. 先找个一抗比如mouse/rabbit anti-Digoxigenin，然后用已有的二抗anti- mouse/rabbit-IRdye680/800CW来检测，有点像Western blot。还有个关于灵敏度的问题：
