always clumps of cells in the flask here and there. I tried pipeting up and
down- didn't work. I even vortexed the cell suspension- cells are still
clumped.Anyone has experience of breaking up clumped cells? Thanks! |

对此要么就是听之任之，要么就是用trypsin 处理，然后用那种30um 的滤网过滤

这个问题很难搞。有些细胞就是这样，怎么也弄不开。有些处理cell clump的kit卖，
就是些不同的酶的混合剂，也没啥特别好的效果。filter呢，就是可能丢掉很多细胞。
反正这东西有时候就是没办法。
