因事业发展需要，学校现面向海内外公开招聘激光共聚焦显微镜操作高级工程师1
人，具体要求如下：
1.岗位职责
（1）专门从事单光子、双光子激光共聚焦显微镜的操作、管理和设备的维护，保
证其正常运行，确保设备的利用率在90%以上；
（2）负责我校农业微生物学国家重点实验室单光子、双光子激光共聚焦显微镜以
及相关生物成像系统的培训指导和相关实验操作；
（3）研究和开发单光子、双光子激光共聚焦显微镜新应用和新功能。
2.应聘要求
（1）具有博士学历和学位，本科期间所学专业为生物学或光学物理专业，熟悉常
用生物实验技术，有较好的数理基础、英语基础、计算机应用技能；
（2）勤奋好学，身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神；
（3）能熟练操作单光子、和双光子激光共聚焦显微镜，熟悉单光子、双光子激光
共聚焦显微镜的各部件机械安装（包括扫描单元的组装），各部分连接、连线，能准确
调整激光及显微镜荧光光路；熟悉各种物镜的基本知识；
（4）能利用维修软件进行各种激光的LUT调节，AOTF的Delay调节，模拟偏置调节
、PMT加倍系数决定调节，电流画角调节，光栅调节等；
（5）熟悉单光子、双光子激光共聚焦显微镜各类应用软件的修改、卸载、安装；
（6）了解代表性生物荧光染料及活体荧光蛋白的特性，并能指导相关实验操作；
（7）具备细胞生物学基础，对采集的生物影像能进行详细说明。

生物和综合型大学有一拼。大家说说，排名能有多少？ | s********n

近的应该会有兴趣的。 |
