MDA-MB-231 is not a very aggressive model for breast cancer. Joan Massague'
group have developed some derivative cell lines, such as LM2, which grows
faster and metastasize better. here is the reference:

from the original MDA-MB-231, which means I cannot use the derivatives. I
will try female mice, and inject more cells (as suggested by "ArtyArty").

needle matters, do not use too narrow needle because it may hurt the cells.

如果只做过一次不能确定不能成瘤。比方消化时间过久也可能。
这个细胞系应该很容易做。绝对不要等6个礼拜。
