For retina, you can tell arteries and veins simply by their morphology. I
assume this may apply to other tissues. |

发帖数: 48 | 7 I myself never tried COUP-TFII antibody, just read about it from papers.
However, about EphrinB2/4 staining, you can try tyramide signaling amplification followed by antigen retrieval.

if you have a whole mount of retina stained by IB4 or other markers,
you can tell that arteries are clear from others while veins are surrounded
by capillaries.

发帖数: 1007 | 10 多谢楼上各位意见。 我可能会尝试COUP-TFII。因为samople是H2B-GFP表达老鼠，需要
GFP+arteriole marker. ephrinB2 staining如果过太复杂或者涉及antigen retrieval
,GFP可能会受影响。
另外我找到一个smoothelin 文献说特异表达在arteriole的SMC里，而不在venule的SMC
.
形态学上动脉和静脉还是很好区分的。但是我想最好还是用多个marker以及形态学一起
来验证我的GFP-expressing cell的位置。所以才在寻找这些marker |
