Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Geron Corp., the company that started the first U.S.-
authorized trial of human embryonic stem cells, is ending the program to
focus on its cancer drugs.
Geron will eliminate 66 full-time jobs, or 38 percent of its workforce, and
take a cash charge of $5 million in the fourth quarter and $3 million in the
first half of 2012, the Menlo Park, California-based company said in a

了， 把钱花在另外癌症的药物上， 要是有效， 还可以以后卷土重来， 否则迟早破产
