发帖数: 480 | 3 我不做细胞啊。在做果蝇的whole larva imaging，所以我想样本动可能很难避免。我
的实验可能最终需要手动track ROI然后记录数据，但不知道得到的数据可接受的程度
是多少，很难做control。想问问有经验的人都是怎么做的。

发帖数: 2153 | 4 Cold spring harbor has a live imaging book, it is very helpful. My friend
works on worms recommended it to me. So go to the library, you mat find a
copy. Do you treat the lava with some chemicals to stop the movement?
Also image J has plugin that could correct the drifting issues, which might
work as well.

题，我知道volocity做tracking还挺好，你可以去网站下软件的demo试试，会给你密码
激活使用，但得到的movie你导不出来，需要购买全部软件的使用权。但至少你可以对
比对比。
