I am a Ph. D. graduated from Ocean University of China, a highly reputable
university in China. As a Ph. D. trained in microbiology, biochemistry,
molecular biology field, my research focused on investigating one kind of
marine bacterium, Pseudomonas fluorescens, including the screening and
identification of bacterial strains, fermentation, purification and
application of enzyme, recombinant enzyme expression and study of the
enzymatic degradation of bacterial alginate obtained from Pseudomonas
aeruginosa, which is related to cystic fibrosis, and structural elucidation
of oligosaccharide using ESI-MS and NMR. I also have experience in
structural biology which I learned in the cooperation research of one and a
half years in University of Tennessee (Knoxville) to investigate the
enzymatic catalytic mechanism.
I have a solid background in microbe screening and culture, molecular
cloning, protein expression, protein expression and enzymology, and also
experience in structural biology and electrophysiology. I hope I could have
an opportunity to continue my career as a postdoc in USA. I ‘d like to
share more about my qualifications to a research team in which my research
