==> No idea.
==> If neither you nor your advisor/corresponding author has no funding to
pay for the fee, can try to apply for a waiver for the publication fee.
==> I guess yes, because my advisor once said "if nature or science would
accept my paper, I am happy to pay however much they charge." So I guess
there is a publication fee.

是的
不知道，但是一般杂志在1000~5000美元之间
是的，哭穷，滚在地上来回的哭，诉说你有多么的穷，一般是能减免的，
但是不要撒谎，因为对方可以查到你的funding 的
