做conditioned medium的时候7天后上面漂了一层。。。

量细胞飘着。
做conditioned medium的时候飘着的细胞应该是BM cells。 我一般在配conditioned
medium以后最后一步过滤一下，去掉floating L929 cell. |

, remove the culture medium (throw away) and split the cells at 1:2 ratio
into new flask. Then, these cells will grow to 90% confluence every one day.
This time you can collect the culture medium as your "conditioned medium"
for BM cells.
Culturing L929 cells for "7" days without changing medium is not a good idea
. No matter how many cells you start with, at least change the medium every
3 days.
