不过个人经验， 这种撒网类型的，大部分回答都是把你加进reviewer pool
， 好杂志偶尔会给一个review， 垃圾open access的杂志会迫不及待的给你（不过这
个到底是不是好事不清楚）
主要还是看connection，如果你认识一些杂志的editor，是最简单快速的方法 | U**l
