有不同的evidence说myc通过转录调控和DDR 的通路（by increasing replication
origin firing-replicative stress）来导致tumoric transformation。如果是通过
DDR的通路，那么myc high的tumor有没有一些共同的变化？从染色层面来看，有没有某
两个特定染色体的融合？或者特定染色体arm和fragement的transcloation等等？
有没有那位懂行的来详述一下？
