to human fibroblast. Initially, the cells attached to the plate though they
looked crappy. overnight, they all rounded up and died.
Luminex mulplex analysis showed the extract contained ~300 pg/mL IL-1a,6, 8,
600 pg/mL MCP-1, 800 pg/mL TGF-beta 1, 2 and 2 ng/mL PDGF-AA,BB.
Has anyone heard of cytokine storm in cell culture? |
