Good news
Depends the quality of unpublished data. If it is solid and powerful, ask
you current lab boss for permission. If it is not very pretty data, just
tell them there is potential conflict of interest so you can just mention
the broad direction but not elaborating further detail data.

我们组也这样搞过，大家视屏聊了半天
原因主要是时间
从发广告到有人接受offer不到一周，中间面了几个人，只有一个local的on site了

当然，我认为我们组开的条件很有吸引力，老板也是做事高效，找到合适的就定了
