We can add a 5'-PO4-DNA (Single Stranded) to the 3'-end of a ssRNA using T4
RNA ligase I, but cannot add a 5'-PO4-RNA (single Stranded) to 3'-end of
ssDNA.
Highly appreciated any suggestion on how to add a ssRNA to a ssDNA. Thanks a
