poor Southie(actually, even the old Southie is becoming more Hippy, modern).
You can make an appointment to check out the "seaport Lane". As i did before
, the building is nice, with lounge, security, Gym, rooftop lounge.
excellent location, facing the Harbor, Wonderful time in the summer.
I did notice the room isn't huge, though.
The transporation is excellent, one block away to 93 N/S, 2 blocks to Mass

Many brand new hotels, high end restaurants in the area.
Area businesses include mainly law firms, asset management firms. | g*******2
