2. In general, both private school and public school (depends city and town)
can issue I-20;
3. Student can study at public school and he/she will have to pay full
tuition fee.
4. Middle school or High school doesn't need SAT or PSAT.
5. The school will need he/her school reports (translated in English)
6. After school issue I-20, he/she will go to US Consulates to get a student
visa.

总之，有可能，但是可能性不是太大， 除非。。。
１。你姐姐家的经济条件要好，也就是说拿着几十万人民币不太当回事；
２。很多好的公立学校是要求居民条件的；
３。好的私立学校也是要申请，一般是上一年年底申请第二年秋天的；
４。你还需要很多时间去照顾他。学校只管上学那段时间；
５。最最难的事，十来岁的小孩，你管得了吗？
其实任何事都反向想一下，波士顿附近中国人这么多，在申请公民前又有几个能把姐妹
的孩子弄来？

around $3K-4K each year. It is very depends what school are you looking for.
Some private school is very expensive: Milton Academy and Phillips Academy
about 20K ro 30K each year.
The public school also offer non-residency with pay full tuition and is also
around $3K-4K.
Any school can issue I-20 will accept overseas students.
Public school will accept students anytime. Most Private school is flexible
too.

Cheap private middle schools have the quality problem and are often
religious, and always fill quickly. Even Lexington Christian Academy(average
school) has to be paid around $20K each school year. Phillips tuition is
above 40K even 2 years ago.
The average cost for good school towns such as Belmont, Lexington, Concord
per student is more than 6K, you can see these figures from Internet. I have
no info about the tuition.

talked to Milton Academy, Phillips Academy, Concord Academy and Five other
Catholic Schools. I have worked as volunteers for Catholic Schools.
Internet didn't give you the whole picture.

around $10K |

到了中学，很少有中国家长让学生进这样的学校，还不如好的公立学校。

发帖数: 555 | 23 来美国念两年初中，再回去？这个纯粹是瞎折腾，浪费时间浪费钱。两国的初中课程
完全不同，刚来的时候费老大劲才适应，刚适应，又回去了，回到国内， 国内的课程
又赶不上了。 可以学好英文？小孩学语言，学的快，忘的也快，回去两年，大概也忘
光了，和没来过美国得学生没啥区别。 |
