down and maybe stabilize. Boomers are going to panick soon. The issue is
current 30-45 year old people don't have the money they are asking for.

I favor a town with a lot of trees and great school systems. Sudbury offers
both. The aspects I concerned were that the commuting time and the flooding
spots within that region. I tried to buy in Sudbury a few months ago. My
offer was not accepted and the house is still on market now and it is asking
a similar price I was offering back then in April. I guess the seller
overlooked the buyer tax credit stimulation.
Like you’ve said, I am also seeing the house prices going downward except

walks away, at least in theory. This may also limit the scale of housing

发帖数: 21 | 8 非常棒的小学中学，也有非常好的高中。所以说对于有学龄前小孩的家庭非常合适。高
中华裔少，这点我很看重，个人觉得很好。town里注重住宅区保护，宁静安全。还有一
点，离NATICK MALL和FRAMINGHAM商业区极进。
买房时注意FLOODING ZONE 和 NORTH SUDBURY的一些历史遗留地方。BUYER AGENT一般
都知道。 |
