We are planning an outing on the weekend before Thanksgiving to enjoy the
traditions of giving thanks. It would be a great event to get together, get
to know fellow alumni and celebrate the holiday! We will be going to
Plymouth, where the Thanksgiving traditions begin in the US. The town has
been holding Annual America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration for 15
years and events include a Grand Parade, New England Food Festival and many
concerts and activities. Hope to see you there!
When: Nov. 20th 2010, 10:00 AM-9 PM
Event website: http://www.usathanksgiving.com/
Where: We will meet at 10 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 230, Plymouth, MA,
02360 (one hour drive from Boston) at 10:00 AM (for those without a car, we
will arrange carpool and meet somewhere at 8:30)
How to get there: By car. Please fill out the information below to arrange
for carpools.

What to do: We will attend the Grand Parade (10:30 AM-1:30 PM), then depends
on everyone’s interest, we can go to different concerts and activities.
Contact info: cell phone numbers of the organizers will be sent to those who
have confirmed attendance
We will confirm the carpool information, the destinations as well as the
weather condition by the midnight of Thursday Nov 19. A carpool fee of $5
directly to the driver would be good to cover the gas and other costs.
