土人之前一直都靠走路和公交的，完全不懂复杂的规矩，也不会看标识牌，就怕哪天被
tow了。。。
研究了cityofboston.gov一阵，有两个暂时还没找到答案的
1。对外地牌照街趴是否有限制 （肯定会尽快换成MA的，但需要几天时间？）
2。就这么一个月，除了扫大街的时间之外，还有没有其他情况是不能停的

上班路上，经常见到路边一溜烟的车，只有1、2辆给贴了桔色的ticket，一般这是犯了
哪条呀？

time limit is enforced. All other parking regulations, including rush hour
restrictions at meters, remain in effect. It is important to note that this
applies only to the day that the actual holiday falls on, not to the day tha
t offices may be closed in celebration of the holiday. For example, if New
Year's Day is Saturday but offices are closed on Friday in recognition of th
e holiday, parking meters will be in operation on Friday but not on Saturday
.
It is highly recommended that residents always check the signage posted arou
nd meters carefully to assure they procure no additional fees.
