Due to recent relocation, I'm subletting my beautiful LIVING ROOM area for a
single person to stay in a very nice full carpet, 2bed, 2bath Apt in a
beautiful ocean view community (Harbor Point), with free gym membership, 2
swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, 24 hr security and management. Roommates
are two friendly and quiet postdocs at MGH and MIT.
It's near I93 and Redline JFK/Umass T station.
Rent $289/month + Utilities < $30 including all.
Lease is through the leasing office from later Oct or Nov, to June 10, 2012.
