换油罐的公司都有pump，会给你pump出去，装好新的后再pump进来。

I was certified to do the UST work in other states, minimum 10K gallon.

今年换了gas, 就把油缸挪走。
你家里要是换不了gas，就换个新的油缸吧， 修来修去怕毛病又犯了。1800-2200.
