There is a parking building with a walking connection/bridge to the
T station. (Station landing developer named it "SkyWalk")
From Station Landing area taking T to downtown office, door to door is less
than 30 mins. |

Sullivan Square stations. The new T stop station is currently under
construction, with 2100 brand new condos are being build for sale for $200k.
The majority of the new station is already completed on Feb 2013. The
rest will be completed by Fall 2014.
If I were you, I would rent for one more year; then get one of these $200k
condo next to the new T orange line station. Newer cheaper condo, less
travel time.

will be sold at 200k? Again, thanks for the information!

your income is over $100k/year, you are most likely not qualified to
purchase.

Even the interest rate goes up next year, it is probably a better deal.

What I heard for Asembly Row project (from local news and their website)...
the first phase seems for rental project (via AvalonBay Apartment). Maybe
the developer changed the decision form rental to sale? Or that's second
phase?
If price is $200k then it is very good deal However, if they keep the same
building design for the first phase construction, then the condo be more
likely as micro-apartment style, which is around 240 to 340 sq ft per unit -
then $ per sq ft would be very close to the condo in the Back Bay.
Any additional information on this $200k condo? Thank you! |

useful information of the Assembly Row condo project...So those are going to
be micro-apartment style? Over 2000 condos to be developed, that's a lot...
Would be interest to see the impact to the housing market in that area.
Anyway, back to Willington area in Medford,is the area safe to live? If you
live let's say 0.8 mile away from the T, is it walkable? I noticed the
traffic on route 28 is heavy...Also no bike lane there - is it a town
bikeable?
