我们这里，一个无助的四个孩子的妈妈，因为头脑有些发昏，犯了错，就被 Dcf带走了
孩子。 我们这里的一些人不同情也就罢了，但是别人身攻击弱者。
某些中国人无用的特征，一旦什么事情发生了，就想着是自己的问题和毛病。
比如 Huangs(。。),Slice 等恶性Id，首先想到的是自己同胞是神经病。你们枉为男人

A group of Connecticut legislators is pushing for the immediate return of
West Hartford teen, Justina Pelletier, directly to her family.
The family’s spokesman, Rev. Patrick Mahoney, says he’ll meet with
Congressmen in Washington, DC, next week, discussing whether any federal
laws have been violated.
Her family says her “individual education plan” (IEP) that she had in West
Hartford at the Ben Bronze Academy was not kept in place while she’s been
hospitalized in Boston. They also say she’s missed Christmas Eve, Christmas
and Easter masses and been denied access to a Priest.
Connecticut State Senator Joe Markley (R- Waterbury), held a press
conference at the Capitol Wednesday morning, announcing a letter he’s
drafted to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families Commissioner
Joette Katz, calling for the return of Justina Pelletier directly to her
parents.
“Massachusetts DCF has been under tremendous pressure on this case and they
’ve come forward with nothing to indict this family,” said Markley.
He addressed the letter more specifically as well.
“Encouraging Commissioner Katz at the Connecticut Department of Children
and Families, not to repeat the long bureaucratic process that the Pelletier
family just went through in Massachusetts but to turn custody of this young
back to her parents in West Hartford.”
Amid increasing media coverage of the case, Massachusetts DCF last week,
expressed a willingness to return Pelletier to Connecticut, but did not
specify exactly what that would entail.
The 15-year-old West Hartford girl was admitted to Boston Children’s
Hospital in February 2013, where a disagreement about medical diagnoses led
to accusations of abuse against her parents, who lost custody of Justina
within four days and haven’t had it since then.
“I’m going to be meeting with members of Congress to consider oversight
hearings because clearly federal laws have been broken in the treatment and
care of Justina,” said Rev. Patrick Mahoney.
Rev. Mahoney, who started the newly formed “Free Justina” campaign with
Keith Mason, of “Personhood USA”, says the teen’s federal rights have
been violated when it comes to education and religion.
He also addressed the lingering concerns that many still have about what
details may be missing from the story.
“It’s easier for us to want to believe or wrap our brains around the fact
that a family is mistreating their child than the alternative to that… and
the alternative to that is what has happened in this case…and that is with
impunity, government agencies and courts have removed a child from the
loving care of their parents,” said Rev. Mahoney.
Meanwhile, Rep. Markley said a dozen legislators are backing his letter,
which he will present to Connecticut’s DCF Commissioner on Friday.
“Some good progress was made this past Monday, but we’re a long way to go
to get across the finish line,” said Justina’s father, Lou Pelletier.
Pelletier also addressed Fox CT’s coverage of the case, which began on Nov.
18th 2013, with the first report on the matter.
“I want to God Bless Beau Berman here in the audience, because if it wasn’
t for him breaking this story, my daughter today, could be deceased. It
started the groundswell to pick up.”
Connecticut’s DCF sent Fox CT a statement Wednesday after the press
conference.
“The Department of Children and Families understands the great pain and
anguish that the Pelletier family has gone through over the course of their
long ordeal. Our hearts go out to Justina, her parents, and the entire
family. We too believe that children belong with their families whenever it
is in the child’s best interest. Connecticut DCF has had communication
with the Pelletier family and will continue to make efforts to be of
assistance as Massachusetts authorities go through their process of deciding
if Justina can return home. We also are assisting the Massachusetts
authorities in gathering information in support of that decision making
process,” wrote Spokesman Gary Kleeblatt.
Lou Pelletier will speak before the Massachusetts House of Representatives
Thursday at 3:30pm.
In that state, 23 legislators are now supporting a resolution to release
Justina Pelletier to her family immediately.
The next courtroom custody hearing is March 17th in Boston.

在大马路旁边没人管，abuse/neglect的事件有十几起备案。记者一调查就发现有很多
foster family有人是committed sex offender.

做最好的决定。但是大千世界，无奇不有。我见过妈妈给孩子下药，谎称孩子有病。然
后在医院里面继续给孩子下药。被录像都录下来，直接进了警察局。

做医生，救死扶伤是一部分，另外一部分是人文关怀(把未成年孩子从核心家庭强行剥
离了快一年，人文关怀荡然无存)。这个医院我以后是不会去了。
一些病根本治不好，也没什么最佳方案。医生狂妄固执的多了去了。 他们做的决定并
不一定是最好的。 一些人选择对疾病不治疗的，也多了去了。最重要的，是尊重病人
和家庭的选择。
这个 case 里面，立足点： 这是个 loving care 的 family，只不过对医生的治疗方
案有分歧。医院没有很好滴处理这种分歧。
23 legislators 还有 senator 都为此事奔走呼吁支持 这个家庭，里面不是没有道理
的。

地赚大钱，自以为是，很危险。
最近俺们单位来了个固执狂妄的medical director, 好几个很好的护士都辞职了，不想
给他打工，嘿嘿。医生的好坏，大家很容易知道。特别是骨子里想靠做医生赚大钱的，
狂妄自以为是的，这种医生千万远离。

Decades ago, when my son was about 10 years old he had a sudden unusual
symptom that began just after the start of school. We waited a bit thinking
it might be a reaction to a teacher he didn't like. As the symptom got
noticeably worse I took him to his pediatrician who could find nothing wrong
and suggested in the privacy of his office that we take him to a
psychiatrist. I knew in my heart something was wrong and made an appointment
with an allergy doctor. Again, nothing was found and another recommendation
to see a psychiatrist. I still knew something was wrong and made an
appointment with an ear, nose and throat doctor. Unbelievably, the symptom..
.now completely aggravating and affecting his school work...was again
determined to have no physical basis and the doctor told me in his office my
son needed a psychiatrist. I looked across the hall at my son still on the
examining room table trying desperately to suppress the symptom and said to
the doctor, "Can't you see there's something going on? It's definitely not
in his head." When my husband got home that night I told him we better
figure out what's happening to our son because the doctors certainly won't.
Over the next few days my husband and I talked and talked trying to get a
handle on this problem. We looked at everything in our son's room and
throughout the house. Nothing. Then one morning as our son was putting
toothpaste on his toothbrush my husband had an epiphany. Our son was the
only one using that all natural cinnamon toothpaste so my husband gently
took the toothbrush, gave him a new one along with the toothpaste we used.
We then only kept our toothpaste in the drawer for our son to use. Within a
few days, the symptom was markedly improved. Within two or three weeks it
was gone. A month or so later my husband put the cinnamon toothpaste back in
the drawer and within one day the symptom was back. So I wrote to all three
doctors along with the toothpaste manufacturer explaining what happened.
Not one called or wrote back...not one. If it had been up to the doctors my
son would have been under psychiatric care for a physical reaction to his
toothpaste. So I'm really not surprised doctors still look at the patient as
the problem instead of making an extra effort to find out what the problem
really is.

发帖数: 129 | 11 这个案子现在真是火。美国现在的一些医生真是很傲慢。如果真是精神疾病，为什么接
受他们的治疗后，没有好转？还有他们家别的孩子也有这样的病历呀。我希望这个家庭
以后有可能去诉医院。也不知DCF 怎么判断的。

Justina Pelletier, the teen at the center of a legal battle between the
Pelletier family and Boston Children’s Hospital over custody and proper
medical treatment, is speaking out publicly about her ordeal.
A judge had previously sentenced the Connecticut teenager, who has been
caught in a yearlong custody fight between her parents and Massachusetts
child protection officials, to a new foster care program in Massachusetts.
The ruling triggered an anguished response from her parents when it was
announced by a juvenile court judge and pro-life advocates were also up in
arms.

’s Hospital filed a “medical child abuse” complaint against Justina’s
parents last year, leading the state to take custody of her and hospitalize
her for almost a year.
The tragic case of Justina Pelletier has been dragging on for 14-months as
pro-life groups have complained about how she has been denied education,
religious services or clergy visit, and has had abysmal medical care while
in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF
).
Pelletier has only been allowed one, one hour supervised visit per week with
her mom and dad and they have not been permitted to take photographs of
their daughter. But, following new legal pressure asserted by Liberty
Counsel and intense media scrutiny, DCF permitted the most recent visitation
to be unsupervised. Rev. Pat Mahoney, a nationally known pro-life activist,
accompanied Lou and Linda Pelletier to visit Justina.
Justina is now speaking out and her words are being heard. Justina told her
parents and Rev. Mahoney, “I feel like a prisoner.”
She also asked, “Why can’t I go home with my parents?”
Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, the pro-life legal
group that has been working with Justina’s parents, commented on the case
and Justina’s words.
“To hear Justina say she feels like a prisoner and wants to return home
with her parents is heartbreaking,” Staver said. “DCF has abused its
authority and hurt this family. DCF had no right to come between Justina and
her parents. The parents love their daughter and were following expert
medical advice in treating their daughter. Justina was doing well under the
parents care. Now she is confined to a wheelchair. Justin loved going to
school, but she has not seen her classmates or received any education in 14-
months. This is a tragedy. Justina needs to be freed from her prison.”
Another hearing is scheduled for Monday, March 17, at the Juvenile Court.

If the parents are doing this to her, why is she not getting better? She was
in a locked psych ward at Boston Children's Hospital for over a year and
her health is failing. Sounds like a malpractice cover up.

大部分医生还是靠工资吃饭，风险也高，搞错一点就会被起诉。
不像realtor，每天工作就是满嘴跑飞机，多宰一个客户就能多赚一笔。

很多Doctors都很不错。doctors是我很尊重的职业之一。我最尊重的职业是护士。

挣得挺多，轻松的加班都占着。 医生怕她们是因为她们很有经验有水平。
不过不要怕，病人如果觉得护士不好，一定跟医院领导投诉。医院挺怕投诉的。
