Advisors to help implementing its BEST (Boston Elite Student Training)
program at Stonehill College and Tufts University http://gobestgo.us .
The position of the program director/Residential Advisors is a part time or
full time paid position from June to August. It is for candidates with
strong communication skills and a keen interest in culture exchanges. A
background check is required of finalists for this position.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will be a person who has a degree in Education,
Administration, or related field, preferably with experience in event
planning and execution. We look for a person who is proactive, responsible,
well-organized, and attentive to details.
Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in program preparation and training.
• Be responsible for administrative paperwork.
• Implement and coordinate planned activities such as parties,
workshops, and field trips.
• Work for some weekends and evenings. On-Call for emergencies.
• Serve as instructors for selected classes and workshops. Set up
and operate A/V equipment.
• Abide by and enforce summer program rules, and correct unsafe and
inappropriate behavior.
• Chaperone social events on campus and off-campus excursions.
• Other duties as assigned or needed to fulfill the objectives of
the summer program.
Duration of the position: June 25 – August 10. All applicants will be

Compensation: $500-$700 per week if working full time; commensurate with
experience and performance plus room and board.
