Andover，还有495和95夹出的西北角（第四象限)。
想问个Andover本地人几个具体问题：
1.只考虑地点，这三个区域哪个最好，那个相对最差？
2. 如果有宝宝，想多用一些public resource(library, baby class)，该去Andover哪
里？
3. Greatschool显示Wood Hill Middle的分数仅为7，而南部的Doherty就有9，实际上
这两个初中有那么大差别吗？是偶然一年起伏还是有质的区别？
4. 特别的，有一所房子，它的邻居在主路上，它自己不在，但是能听到traffic声（屋
内听不到），这个会多影响价格？
5. 哪个区域中国人多呢？希望孩子未来能容易找伴儿。

quite some million dollar house in the South and North region, but all
within 495 circle, mostly also east to 93.
Library is in Andover downtown. The public classes are in local schools,
Shawsheen elementary school, West middle school, Andover High School. I
think it'll work out for you if you live close to downtown and Andover High
School.
Andover only have two middle schools, Doherty is better, close to downtown.
The other is West Middle School, close to Andover High School.
There are five elementary schools. The best used to be Bancroft, is being
rebuilt now, should open this fall as I recall. That area is close to
Phillips Academy and along Route 125. Sanborn is also good. That's along 93.
I heard West elementary is kind of mixed, as there're apt and million
dollar houses in the area. South is probably the same. Shawsheen is special
school, normal kids go there as 'peer partner' for preschool till 2nd grade.
(Local newspaper says that they plan to cancel the 1st and 2nd grade later.
Well, they vote on that school every year so far.)
Better not to buy close to main road if you have better options.

High Plain elementary.
For all the Chinese families I know that with elementary kids, most of them
live aroud South Elementary school.
I like places east to downtown main street. There get you close to the good
stuff in Andover: shoppers, library, train station, PA, Pike School, Rinks
ice skating, etc

if it is purely because it is close to Boston downtown and save people's
commute time.

Downtown should be called middle. It has: town office, Bancraft Elementary
school, Doherty Middle School, library, train station, and the big metal
canon antique:)
South has south elementary school, trainstation, firestation, and Pomps
Pond ( a nice place for kids to play water, and youth tennis).
