One of my buyer bought a condo in Braintree in 2012 for 360K with incentive
about $4000, then we just listed last weekend for $469K, got a full-price
offer. Not know if this offer will end working out or not, but no matter
what, easily making money at least $70K without doing any update.-----------
---- I think this already reached very high enough.
Not sure how the market will go now, take your own risk!
In this case,, buying a single family is worse than buying a condo.
Single family houses in Braintree will have less chance to appreciate.
