Quiet, clean, and updated studio next to the longwood medical area, Fenway,
Boylston, and Brookline. For being a small studio, the space is layed out
well and feels quite spacious. Lots of storage as well. Equidistant (5min
walk) between two Green lines: MFA stop on the E line and Fenway on the D
line. Very convenient place to live, 5 min walk to CVS, Shaw's, Harvard
Vanguard Medical, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, and REI. 5-10 minute walk
to Whole Foods. The Fens and the Emerald Necklace are next door, great
places to run, exercise, or walk a dog. Management is one of few in the area
to allow dogs in the building. Building offers limited outdoor parking
spaces for a monthly fee; there is street parking available with a resident
sticker;
