in this season. RELATIVELY less buyers and less inventory as well. For the
premium towns you mentioned, they are hot year around anyway. Even that,
they are still relatively cooler now. You have room for negotiation and have
better chance in finding your dream house if you keep looking. | S*******s

整个市场成交保持在平均水平，自去年8月以来，今年8月算是连续第4个月在second-
highest level。
以上不特指你选的那4个镇。
从我们office观察，Newton周围的镇加上JP, Brookline, Arlington, 等等towns， 今
年9月成交的房子大约是new listing 的2倍。 |
