prevent bully
of older kids to younger kids. As long as there is no bully in school, it
doesn't matter.

Basically Southborough is a richer town than Shrewsbury.
Southborough does not have any commerical business/industry, the property
tax rate is
much higher than shrewsbury. In additon, Southborough have private sewer
ONLY and 99% of the house is using oil heating. But location wise,
Southborough is better than Shrewsbury.

那个private sewer有寿命的，最多好像是30年，看家里具体使用情况。换的价钱和
private sewer的容量有关，大概2-3万多吧。买了private sewer的房子就像击鼓传花
游戏，传到谁手里需要换了，就自认倒霉吧。如果系统比较新的话，你就不用担心，估
计在你手里还不用换。比较老的系统的话，出价的时候把这个考虑进去。

。还是选择两者中间的westborough比较合适，public water and sewer, natural gas
heating，无数的超市和YMCA。 |
