swiss format: a 2-day event with the 1st day qualifying and 2nd day final. A
maximum of 1 board, i.e, 20VP is carried over into the final. In the final,
all teams play pre-duplicated boards simultaneously to avoid unbalanced swings
out of different hands.
This event is considered the premier event of the Sacramento regional. Last
