mailto链接直接呼叫一个操作系统默认的用户端电子邮件程序
如果没有。。。你不妨试试看，结果极为痛苦，给你打开N多
个浏览器窗口，个个提示无法打开。。。

系统多着啦。而且在公用的电脑系统上就算有个这个 mail client, 用户也不
一定有权限使用。你的网页跳一个 mailto 出来人家可能就死机了。在软件可
使用性课程 Software Usability 里面讲到网页设计，一般都会讲到这一点的。
某人还非来揪着不放。整一个无知小白。而且这个小白懂的不多又要充，被人
说穿了又觉得没有面子，来挑一下语法错误来出气。我承认我英文不够地道好
了吧，起码不会像小白那样，不懂装懂。先学艺精一点再出来啦。

using a server side program make it work 99.99% of time.
but very likely it doesn't worth the trouble for a
newbie to learn how to write such a program, or find
where to find a suitable program for his server and
set it up.

我想你是一点都不懂的了。一般来讲，是本科三年级到研究生一年级的
课程。
你给的那些数据是你胡诌出来的，上不了台面的。最好先做一下调研再来。

很多sever不会开放CGI,除非支持php,但也有问题，unix好办，有sendmail
九成，windows还得装mail server或者有可用的SMTP server, 所以作为一个

把那个 mailer 的网址填到 action= 就是了，非常方便。

给这种建议的都是书生没有实际工作经验的。
这种人还特别喜欢show off。学了两门课就觉得自己无所
不知了。
我自己做web programming有个三四年了，什么时候用什么
程序怎么处理清楚得很。我自己不用mailto，应为我知道
怎么处理，但对一个连html都还不会的人，特别是不是写
什么commercial software/website，只是自己或lab需要
一点user feedback的话，mailto就是他的最佳选择。
这hanshen同学在windows版被我指出错误，不是虚心接受
指正，改正错误，反而到这儿来搞打击报复，这种人上多
少课都很难真正提高自己的技术水平。

大家看看？我写的几篇都是有真凭实据的，也 m 了起来。
我不知道你的实际工作经验是什么。不过看你给人装了十几次电脑，还是
不怎么知道 windows 的设置。我看你也没什么专业精神。最起码你都到
网站上多搜索一些数据，证据。你自己的经验，且不说对不对，就算真是
对的，在别的地方也不一定适用的。也就做了 web programming 几年，
很牛了吗？用一个 online form mailer 是很简单的事情，网上免费使用
的很多，填到 action= 就行了。
就看你为了争赢这个问题就随口炮制一些所谓的数据（99.5%？搞笑）出来，
很明显就没什么专业道德了。

mailer 放上去，然后网页上就连到那个 mailer 就最好了，不要钱，也不怎么
占网站的资源。
