java -a para1 -b para 2 -file app.dat
to launch the gui. Note, the app.dat file is in file also an xml file. The
application, though, shows different content by looking at app.dat.
To make it easy to novices, I modified the registry so the gui starts
automatically when clicking the file of app.dat. Now, some moron asked that
the application starts if a link to the app.dat file is clicked in IE.
