发帖数: 90 | 2 Are you using Chinese version of operating system? You should
use an English version of winodws. This way, if you see it's fine on
your computer, it will be fine when released to the internet.
Basically, you need to set characerencoding in each of your
webpage as something like "GB2312" or other compatiable Chinese encoding.
This way, your web page tells the IE its encoding, thus no
need to manually change it by the user.

happen to know how to do those in Dreamweaver or FrontPage? I believe this is
just a simple option somewhere, but couldn't find it. I changed all those I
can find but still no luck.
