主语为one，谓语动词为is，排除DE；
make an offer to do比make an offer for doing好，排除B；
C中if从句用的were虚拟语气，所以until后面那句话谓语是虚拟语气，省略了should，
直接用be signed；
至于A中用的is signed，用虚拟语气可以排除这项，另外我觉得that从句用来修饰
agreement，离agreement太远了，因为中间隔了谓语is signed，似乎不太好。我不确
定这种用法对不对。
如果有分析不对的地方，希望NN出来解答一下。这个题目印象中看过CD上有争议，LZ可
以上CD搜索以前的老贴看看。 |

觉又有点牵强，不懂，等高人出来指点。
