发帖数: 98 | 6 Prof. Allen taught me. He's a brillilant guy. So I recommend his book.
I thought the book would be pretty straighforward and easy to understand....
I don't understand where those comments came from. Anyway I didn't really
read most part of it. So my view is biased.... :P

finance的经典入门书是BKM （Bodie, Kane, Marcus)的《Investment》。楼主可以买
本印度版的，20多块，再买本solution manual, 读一读，做做题，finance的入门
topic基本都cover了 |

on corporate finance not finance in general.
I took a min to glance over the table of contents and this Allen guy's
book missing at least 3/4 of topics that should be included in an
introductory finance textbook. I don't think this is what LZ asked for,
unless by 'finance' she actually meant 'corporate finance'
