January '08 - 920 (Drop of 31.6%)
January '09 - 370 (Drop of 59.8% since the prior year)
However, the median sales price of the 370 homes that sold was down only 2.3
% from the median tax value of those properties on Jan. 1, 2008, the date of
the most recent countywide reassessment.
How is the median price holding up when sales plummeted? Significantly less
construction or less sellers or else? | m**********2

limited" supply.
Also, RTP area has had too much bubble. In the past the housing price
increase was mainly driven by the jobs increase in the area. So it's
reasonable that housing price has been droping much. But with the job loss
increases more and more, maybe trouble ahead.
