又被国际旅行社charge几十美元的TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE FEE吗？ 还是通过另一个在
VA的旅行社Charge的.

I thought this way so I disputed this charge. However, the 旅行社 helped me booked cruise just contacted me that their service fee has been declined by CC, and they said they used that company to charge the CC.
The total amount is OK ($ charge by Cruise co. + this charge = total $), but I want to check whether others in the same situation: after cruise, they use another company to charge the service fee.

for the same Bahama Cruise?
