one bed probbaly 700-800. my friend rented there a two beds for 950
including cables last year.
it depends on who is the owner, I know the apartments belong to different
owners.
I know one guy from a church rented his one bed aprt in the same building
for only 450.
another building(I forgot name,on Main street), right beside the engineering
school,also has studios and one bed for rent, most often to students.
another new aprtment complex just finished two years ago, near by the subway
resteruant, mainly to students, I don't know if they are USC property only
for students of conmercial proeprty to anybody.
