什么叫关停并转？
我看猜的都是那些parttime的，胖皮说的倒垃圾的之类的在这个范畴。

Spoken like someone who knows nothing about what modern employers are
looking for. People with English degrees don't have to be English teachers.
Police Science majors don't have to be PolSci teachers. Not sure what you
mean by "fine arts," since that is not a program in and of itself. And,
Psychology majors do not have to become psychologists. These degrees open a
*wide* range of doors, and your ignorance of the workforce implications of
these degrees is quite a shame.
