3bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the Southpark neighborhood. The townhouse
is steps away from Whole Foods market and Phillips place shops, restaurants,
and movie theater. Less than a mile from Charlotte's largest and most
upscale mall and <=15 minutes driving distance to uptown. No pets or
smokers as I do not have a pet or smoke. Townhouse comes fully furnished.
Monthly rent is 1650 plus utilities and will be split between two/three of
