Thank you for contacting RingPlus support! We do apologize for any
inconveniences this may have caused. This device fail to pass the FED check.
As of February 15, 2015, Sprint has implemented a new policy called FED, or
financial eligibility. This is a Sprint policy imposed on resellers like
RingPlus, Ting, Expo, etc. We are unable to override this error.
Sadly, Sprint support either does not know or pretends not to know how this
affects MVNOs like RingPlus, Ting, etc. They say the phone is clear to
activate with *Sprint.* This does not mean the phone can make the move to us
