Lab Technician.
Responsibilities:
Deposition of porous layers including mixed nanoparticles and organic
compounds
Responsible for performing technical tests and experiments for process of R
& D engineering.
Performs set-up of processing equipment.
Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators
Processes test runs and prepares records, charts and graphs of results
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering
personnel
Skills:
Materials deposition by plasma, flame, directional spray, and/or slit
coating
Material characterization by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS
Li battery materials, NMC, LFP, Si, Li cell assembly and testing
Education and Experience:
AS Degree in related discipline (or equivalent experience)
4-5 years of related experience in energy storage or similar
industry
Must not be allergic to chemicals and gases commonly used in
battery processing
INCUMBENTS ARE PREFERRED WHO POSSES THE FOLLOWING:
AS Degree in Chemistry
7+ years of related experience in energy storage or similar
industry
Expert in handling dangerous liquids and gases commonly used in
semiconductor processing
Training in safety procedures
