一开始windy city 应该没有那种意思。
比如变态，一开始只是表示 非常态 （normal-abnormal）
但是，很显然我们现在说“变态”是骂人的话 了。
Tvb 常用经典对白“你个，死变态啊！！！”

不过芝加哥确实风很大啊。
最近今天傍晚密西根大道，grande park 那块，风巨大，冷飕飕的。
