There is something wrong with my H1B. I have to transfer to F1 visa. Anyone

hey, thanks for your reply.
I wonder whether the community college would be a choice if i only want to
keep my status? any one knows?
I see that iit still has a normal university tuition rate.

What happen is that you can not just register an easy course but sth related
to your H1B, otherwise you will have problem if you wanna reinstate your H1B
later on.

I checked with my lawyer, she does not recommend me to do language.
I will check the academic program.

hey, thanks very much for your information.
I do not quite understand the h1b rule your mentioned.
So if i register a random program to get the f1 visa, i could not apply for
h1b using my previous degree? or you mean something else?
