studio located at 5501 S Cornell Ave(Right at the cross of 55th st and
cornell ave) from 03/01/2010 to 08/31/2010. You will have priority to renew
the lease with the owner after that. The monthly rate would be 690.00 bucks
including heat, gas, water and electricity. Very convenient location, 1 min
walk to metra station(55th, 56th and 57th st), 172, x55. A lot of
restraurants downstairs.
