first house in glenview, buffalo grove or naperville. they will move out of

那是不错。趁现在房价便宜屯一套将来会有回报的。
不过出租房子比投资股票什么要费事多了。经常会碰到不付房租的。
我一个中国同事在BRIDGEPORT有两个房子。他说，除了中国留学生，剩下的在
BRIDGEPORT租房的人基本上CREDITSCORE都是500以下的。你还得租，要不房子就空着。
经常是住进来三个月就不付房租，然后你一般3个月才起诉。要是冬天的话，警察一般
都要等不付房租6个月才会强制执法。

坏了什么东西都找你。我连自己家的东西都不想整巴不得有人替我搞好。
谁要不付我房租我肯定三句不和就吵上了。然后人家就搬家前往下水道灌点水泥啥的。

反正这个钱俺是不适合挣。

我们前段时间也想买套房在城里，我只要想着夏天住城里，享受享受。LG觉得我们没钱
负担一套专用享受的房子，要出租。我们都觉得出租太麻烦，最后就放弃了，不买了。
